The Brow Room asks that clients reach out to cancel or reschedule their appointments 12 hours prior to their regular brow services (wax, tints & lash lifts) by text, email, voicemail or their online booking. Otherwise will be charged a $15.00 fee (for brow services) that is 100% donated to Ladybird Animal Sanctuary. If you NO SHOW a lash lift appointment you will be charged half the service fee.
Microblading and Nano deposits are nonrefundable. Clients are able to reschedule appointments at anytime with a minimum of 5 business days notice prior to the appointment time, otherwise will lose the deposit placed to secure the appointment slot and be charged $50.00 per hour that was booked out for the service (this includes touch up appointment slots). Canceled appointments will result in deposits being donated to ladybird animal sanctuary.
**Please note that complimentary services will also be charged if the client does not follow The Brow Room’s cancellation and rescheduling policy. Regular brow services will be charged $15.00 (donated) and Micro/nano will be charged $50.00 per hour booked.
